Nothing is more important than the safety of your team. For this reason, Cannan Industries is committed to offering comprehensive pallet racking inspections and audits, complete with best-practice recommendations for achieving optimal safety. As well as creating a safer environment for your workers, a safety audit and inspection with our experienced team means ensuring compliance with Australian Standard AS4084.1.2023 to have all pallet racking equipment inspected on a yearly basis.

Ensure Site Safety

Have your racking inspected once every 12 months.

1. Ensure you have your 12 month annual inspection certificate.

2. Have all of your racking related documentation within easy access.

3. Have documentation to demonstrate that your staff have been trained to use the equipment on site.

4. Document actioned racking repairs to reported damage (provided with damage summary report).

5. Have a racking repair program in place.

6. Have Safe Work Load Charts prominently displayed.

7. Ensure that your staff know what the load capacity is for the racking system.

8. Ensure there is a system in place to report racking damage.

Audit Cost

Racking Audit costs start from $450+ GST (Based on half day on site). Allow $900+ for Full Day (500+ Pallet Locations). For warehouses with more than 500+ Pallet locations - please send through an enquiry for a no obligation quote. Please note, all works to be completed at ambient temperatures (If working in cold-rooms additional charges may apply). Travel costs may apply.
